Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC is hiring a Project Manager/Project Engineer to oversee power plant repair projects in the St. Louis area. The role combines on-site and in-shop scheduling with data tracking and cross-divisional coordination.

You will lead project teams, manage timelines, training, and reporting while traveling to job sites as needed. A four-year degree and strong leadership, budgeting, and risk-management skills are essential for success in this growing organization.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Management is required.
• Candidate must handle high-stress situations effectively.
• Demonstrates big-picture thinking and vision.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple project elements.
• Proficient in leadership, communication, organization, detailing, troubleshooting, planning, budgeting, time management, negotiating, risk management, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules (on-site and in-shop) and allocate resources.
• Assist with all training programs.
• Review and correct job reports.
• Create and update databases and records (personnel, data).
• Schedule and support customer job requirements (e.g., drug testing, onsite training).
• Coordinate division needs with other divisions within the STL facility.
• Assist in pre-job meetings requiring travel to sites.
