Job summary

The Supervisor Planning/Maintenance at Ameren Missouri plans and coordinates power plant maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable performance. This role estimates manpower, materials, tooling, and permits to minimize outage duration.

You will interface with PCM maintenance supervisors, plant maintenance, engineering and operations, updating 4-week schedules and communicating changes to the daily plan. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel and Word is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years experience in equipment maintenance with a journeyman background.
• Electrician background preferred.
• Must have strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with and coordinate work activities between PCM maintenance supervisors, plant maintenance, engineering, operations, and other plant and contractor personnel.
• Plan jobs, track work progress, update project critical path schedules, and communicate changes to the daily work schedule to the 4-week Scheduler.
• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Project, Excel and Word, TRIS, EMPRV, P3e and API.
• Supervise, train and appraise crews in the maintenance, replacement, installation and removal of equipment in the power plant and associated structures.
• Perform administrative duties and special assignments as required. Relieve other plant supervisory positions as needed.
