Per Sé Group is seeking an Outside Plant Operator for a year-long assignment at a power generation facility in West Texas. You’ll operate, inspect and monitor power generation equipment, collect readings, maintain logs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable plant performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in power generation or related industrial environments, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and are willing to complete operator training toward Control Room Operator

• 3+ years in power generation or comparable industrial environment.
• Ability to interpret operating conditions and perform basic calculations.
• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
• Willingness to complete operator training toward Control Room Operator qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, inspect, and monitor power generation equipment.
• Perform equipment rounds and maintain accurate operating logs.
• Identify abnormal operating conditions and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Monitor gauges, meters, instrumentation, and plant parameters.
• Follow established operating, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Participate in operator training to develop toward Control Room Operator qualifications.
