You will oversee maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during outages at fossil power plants, coordinating with outage management, contractors, and engineers to ensure safe, compliant execution.

The role requires leadership, review of scopes and drawings, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or outage work at power plants.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leader role in a power plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during outages at fossil power plants.
• Ensure contracted work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards, specs, and policies.
• Coordinate with outage management, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely execution of outage tasks.
