Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leader role in a power plant environment.

About the role: Pensacola, FL 32514

We are looking for a Contract Coordinator on behalf of our client. You will responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants. This role ensures that all contracted work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standard, project specifications, and company policies. The position requires leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

-Work closely with outage management, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely execution of outage tasks.

-Review work scopes, technical drawings, and schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements.

-Coordinate and supervise contractors performing mechanical, electrical, and structural work on power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, piping, and auxiliary systems.

-Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed, delays, and any modifications made during the outage. Your will report to the onsite Manager.
