CAMS in Camden, NJ is seeking a Plant Operator to safely and efficiently run a 173 MW gas-fired, combined-cycle facility. You will operate turbines, HRSG, and auxiliary equipment per procedures, monitor meters and data, and implement emergency procedures.

Shift work, weekends, and on-call may be required. Qualified applicants must have a New Jersey Blue Seal Boiler Operator License or higher, 5+ years of relevant experience, and familiarity with DCS systems.

Qualifikationen

• New Jersey Blue Seal Boiler Operator License or higher.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience operating and/or maintaining major power generation equipment.
• Experience with distributed control systems (DCS) or other digital control platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret one-line diagrams and technical documentation.

• Oversee safe, efficient, reliable operation of plant equipment.
• Assist in start-up, shutdown, and operation of combined-cycle equipment.
• Operate valves, actuators, and switches during normal and emergency conditions.
• Communicate information clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational problems.
• Monitor data and input into shift logs.
