Job summary

NEBCO, Inc. (Plains Pozzolanic affiliate) seeks a Plant Operations and Maintenance Lead for the GGS power plant in Sutherland. You will supervise maintenance personnel, perform preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for fleet and plant equipment, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

Background check and pre-employment physical with drug testing and back screening are required. Hours are generally 6 am–6 pm, 40–50 hours weekly, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and 1 year mechanical maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; insurable under company program.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance personnel and provides guidance.
• Maintains preventative maintenance program for fleet and plant equipment.
• Oversees, delegates, and performs scheduled maintenance.
• Ensures safe operations and keeps maintenance logs.
