Calpine Energy Solutions seeks a skilled technician to maintain and repair electrical equipment, instrumentation, and control systems within a power plant. You will monitor DCS and related systems, perform routine and non-routine troubleshooting, and ensure logs and procedures are kept in a neat, professional manner.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training and 2–5 years of instrument/electrical experience, with preferred exposure to Mark VI and Emerson Ovation systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical/vocational equivalence required.
• 2–5 years on instrument/electrical and control systems.
• Experience with DCS programming and configuration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair electrical equipment and instrumentation in a power plant.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair DCS, control systems, and related instrumentation.
• Provide written reports on system conditions and ensure safety procedures are followed.
