Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering/energy tech degree or related associate degree with two years of experience; or HS diploma with four years of related experience; or HS diploma with two years of military experience.

• Possess a valid State driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Isolate, clean, replace strainers, heat exchangers, and dust collectors.
• Operate, service, and lubricate portable tools; monitor and test equipment; perform maintenance using hand tools.
• Maintain bottom ash and flyash handling equipment; monitor plant operation and report abnormalities.
• Disassemble/assemble equipment, prepare surfaces, and assist in scaffolding and rigging; repair valves and piping.
• Load/unload materials; operate material handling equipment and clean plant areas.

Education

Engineering/energy tech degree

HS diploma + related experience

Military experience (2 yrs)
