Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete operator qualification program (WPO/APO/CRO).
• Willingness to rotate 12-hour day/night shifts, overtime, and outages.

Responsibilities

• Operate turbines, generators, and water-treatment systems per procedures.
• Monitor plant via DCS; respond to alarms and abnormal conditions.
• Perform startups, shutdowns, load changes, and transfers safely.
