Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience in power plant operations and control room environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct startup, operation, monitoring, and shutdown of plant equipment.
• Monitor systems, respond to alarms, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead operations personnel and manage shift activities.
• Maintain logs and plant records including emissions and energy data.
• Coordinate maintenance, outages, and safe return to service.
• Lead safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs.
