Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Energy Products and Power Market Advisory team in North America. You will develop market outlooks, lead modeling workstreams, and translate complex results into clear client recommendations.

You will collaborate with leadership to define analytical approaches, build scalable data tools, and present insights to executives. Remote work may be considered for exceptional profiles; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in power market modeling or related analytics in consulting or industry.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale power markets and fundamentals.
• Experience with production cost modeling tools and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain North American power market outlooks with data-driven insights.
• Lead modeling workstreams, including scenario design and QA.
• Translate client needs into actionable workplans with leadership.
• Build and maintain datasets, workflows, and automation.
• Analyze market fundamentals and policy impacts for investment decisions.
• Present findings to clients, senior stakeholders and teams.
• Contribute to global Energy Products offerings, including tools and thought leadership.
