Job summary

Baringa is seeking a manager to join our Energy Products team in the United States. You will lead North American power market modeling, develop data-driven insights, and guide client engagements across regulators, developers, and utilities.

You will build datasets, design scenarios, and translate complex results into clear recommendations for both technical and executive audiences. Strong communication and leadership are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in power market modeling and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale power markets and generation economics.
• Experience with North American market inputs and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain North American power market outlooks with data-driven insights.
• Lead power market modeling workstreams, including scenario design and QA.
• Translate client needs into actionable workplans for leadership teams.
• Build and optimize modeling datasets, workflows, and automation processes.
• Present findings and risks to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to global Energy Products offerings and analytical tools.
