Job summary

HDR is recruiting a Power Market Sector Leader to guide growth across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Delaware. The role demands leadership in design, consulting, and power delivery services with a seller/doer mindset and strong client relationships.

Travel up to 25% is required. The position oversees staffing, project management, and business development to meet regional growth goals within the Power Market Sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, planning or a related field.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning or engineering services.
• Experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Grow HDR’s Power services portfolio across PA, OH, WV and DE with regional leadership alignment.
• Identify opportunities to deliver design, consulting, advisory, owners engineering, asset management, due diligence, and planning services.
• Lead and manage projects ensuring staffing, quality, and client satisfaction; act as Principal-in-Charge or Project Manager.
