United Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager for the Power/HVAC Division in Denton, TX. You will lead a diverse team, drive safety and profitability, and manage sales initiatives while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, reporting, and personnel issues, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role offers growth within a large, supportive organization with broad career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit & loss responsibility at a branch or other profit center.
• Strong sales and customer service experience required; outside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to prepare reports and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives for the branch.
• Prepare reports including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other status reports.
• Manage personnel matters and safety programs, audits, training, OSHA compliance, and DOT regulations.
