Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in product, solution, or program leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute product or program strategy in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of complex technical products, translating needs into clear product and business requirements.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own solution and product lifecycle for a portfolio of power grid test solutions from strategy through launch and growth.
• Define and execute global launch strategies, including messaging, collateral, and channel training.
• Drive commercial decisions including pricing, structure, discounts, and channel approach.
• Lead cross-functional execution across R&D, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development.
• Act as a strategic feedback vector between customers, field, and R&D to influence roadmap and investments.
• Serve as product and solution SME for field enablement and global deal execution.
