Job summary

Continuum Associates, LLC seeks a hands-on Product Manager/Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle of software products for the energy sector. You will shape vision, drive design-to-delivery, and validate features with engineers and utilities clients.

You will translate complex engineering concepts into actionable requirements, manage backlogs, and guide cross-functional teams to timely, quality releases in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership for software or SaaS products.
• Proven proficiency with JIRA, Trello, Figma, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand new industries quickly and absorb engineering domain nuances.
• Self-starter able to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Translate engineering concepts into clear product requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business, design, software development, and engineering teams.
• Own the product backlog and sprint planning; gather and analyze feedback.
• Engage with clients and users to present demos and collect input.
• Lead product evaluations, pilots, and proposals; address technical Q&A.
• Define and track product KPIs and success metrics.
