Job summary

MISO conducts a structured 9-12 month Operator in Training program designed to prepare you to become a System Operator supporting grid reliability across a 15-state region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in energy, engineering, business, or technical field.
• Relevant industry or transferrable work experience.
• Relevant military experience in technical or operational specialties aligned to energy systems or critical operations.

Responsibilities
