Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking recent university graduates for the U.S. Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting January 2027. The role is full-time, with three six-month rotations across multiple U.S.

locations, and potential international rotation. Participants will travel and relocate to experience diverse business units and build a broad network. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong communication skills, curiosity, and teamwork, and with a STEM background preferred.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate (within past 2 years)
• STEM background preferred, but not required
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States
• Willing to relocate for 3 rotations across the U.S.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Team player with flexibility and curiosity

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month, three-rotation program with six-month assignments
• Travel to different U.S. locations and relocate as needed
• Engage in technical and product training and site experiences
• Demonstrate leadership, collaboration and initiative
• Contribute to a culture of safety and integrity
