Job summary

Stewart & Stevenson is seeking a Power Generation Technical Services Representative to provide field-based technical service and support for aftermarket equipment. The role includes serving as the main technical contact, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating service with other departments.

The candidate should have strong customer service and communication skills, plus experience with hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; oilfield experience helpful.
• Experience reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics is required.
• Experience in oilfield related customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers regarding service and repair of aftermarket equipment in the field.
• Coordinate service needs with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues with customers and field technicians.
• Provide technical information and training materials to customers and staff.
