Job summary

Stewart & Stevenson is hiring a Power Generation Technical Services Representative to provide technical customer service support for assigned product lines. You will act as a liaison between customers, field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service and repair of aftermarket equipment.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary technical contact, troubleshooting with customers and technicians, and assisting in quotations and training material development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical schematics understanding.
• Oilfield-related customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for internal/external customers regarding service/repair in the field.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues with customers and field service technicians.
• Coordinate service needs with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing training materials and preliminary quotations for customers.
