Power Generation Service Sales Representative
Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, seeks a Sales Representative for our Northern Virginia location.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Communication
- Seek new opportunities for establishing new PM agreements for power‑generation maintenance.
- Promote and establish strong customer relationships with CPS to support PM agreement renewals.
- Respond promptly to customer requests for proposals/estimates.
- Communicate with CPS personnel to assess agreement/contract terms; ensure contracts meet minimum profit expectations and obtain pre‑approval for any deviations.
- After securing a PM agreement, coordinate with service personnel to schedule PM and confirm obligations are met.
- Maintain professional and courteous customer interactions; forward unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
- Provide follow‑up communication on all proposals to track award status.
- Perform site visits weekly, covering 35% of weekly communication volume.
Administrative Processing
- Develop proposals per scope of supply:
- Assemble supporting documentation for CSR when a job is awarded.
- Prepare sales proposal, parts quote, cost worksheet, vendor quotation, and credit paperwork.
- Review preventive maintenance reports for corrective/follow‑up actions to promote additional services.
- Review weekly sales call report with the service manager.
- Master all relevant systems and applications for accurate estimates and PM proposals.
- Monitor current and future jobs to ensure timely delivery of supply scope.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders, including potential delays or change orders.
- Occasional driving required.
