Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Project Manager - Electric Power Generation to drive EPG projects from concept through execution.

Based in the New Stanton office, this role requires frequent travel to project sites and collaboration with engineers, contractors and customers to meet scope, schedule and budget. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, strong PM skills, and familiarity with diesel engines, electrical power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Track record of delivering projects from initiation to completion, especially EPG/renewable energy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets for 20-4000+ kW EPG projects with budgets from $50k to $20M.
• Coordinate submittals, engineering design, procurement, construction, and start-up to meet milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates and issue resolution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress, address variances, and apply corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, drawings, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead meetings and foster collaboration across teams, contractors and vendors.
