Oracle Corporation in Nashville is seeking a Project Manager, Power Generation to lead critical initiatives that deliver reliable power to data center operations, guiding projects from concept through execution and operational handoff.

This high-impact, on-site role requires coordinating across Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and external EPC partners, proactively mitigating risks, improving asset performance, and ensuring Day One readiness of new power infrastructure while traveling

Qualifications

10+ years of utility industry experience focusing on electrical substations and power generation operations.
Experience with high-voltage and medium-voltage power systems.
Proven track record leading large, high-risk infrastructure projects with strict timelines.
Experience managing EPC contractors on major projects.
Strong understanding of electrical reliability, risk management, and resiliency.
Ability to influence across multiple organizations and leadership levels.
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-department initiatives to ensure resilient, reliable data center power infrastructure.
Manage projects from concept through execution and operational handoff.
Partner with engineering, construction, commissioning and EPC partners to meet schedules and budgets.
Identify operational risks and implement improvements for asset performance.
Ensure Day One operational readiness of new power infrastructure assets.
Balance technical, financial, and schedule considerations while aligning stakeholders.
