Job summary

Stewart & Stevenson is seeking a Power Generation Technical Services Representative to join the field service team. The role will be based at multiple sites, including Oklahoma, Texas, and other locations, with responsibilities spanning technical support and customer liaison for aftermarket equipment.

You will serve as the frontline technical contact, troubleshoot field issues, and coordinate with engineering, sales, and customers to ensure service quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with oilfield service experience.
• 4–10 years related experience; Associates degree preferred accepted.
• Experience reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards service system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers regarding service and repair in the field.
• Act as liaison between service technicians and customers on job status.
• Receive and respond to all technical inquiries with follow-up.
• Provide technical assistance for parts, repairs, and product changes.
• Coordinate customer service needs with other departments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues with customers and field technicians.
• Distribute technical information materials to customers and technicians.
