Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training accepted.
• Experience in generator service or similar field is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Service Technicians and coordinate daily operations.
• Provide hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on standby power equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time service at customer sites.
• Plan dispatch and react to emergencies, 24/7 availability.
