Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Must reside within the posted area or be willing to relocate at own expense.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain OSHA certification and DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field service technicians in daily operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on standby power equipment.
• Coordinate dispatch, planning and 24/7 emergency response coverage.
• Maintain safety, quality control and proper reporting/documentation.
• Manage inventory of parts and tools and travel to customer sites.
