Kinsley Power Systems in the Northeast is hiring Field Service Technicians to service standby generator systems, offering training to transition into power gen and build a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Experience with standby generator systems (8kW–1MW).
• Familiar with engines, electrical systems or heavy equipment.
• Ability to work on residential or industrial generators.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotating schedule.
• Must provide your own tools (multi-meter, hand-tools, etc.).
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• DOT Card or ability to obtain one and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generators (8kW–1MW).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and conduct load-bank testing and start-ups on generators.
• Prepare accurate quotes for repairs and complete work orders.
