Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage fracturing and wireline operations at client wellsites in Texas. You will lead field crews, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate closely with customers to meet contractual objectives.

Responsibilities include planning job layouts, conducting pre-job briefings, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials. The role requires a strong emphasis on risk management, efficiency, and detailed reporting

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 7–10 years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and equipment at the wellsite.
• Coordinate with client on job-related activities and logistics.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance for all personnel on site.
• Identify and manage risks; implement contingency plans.
• Maintain on-site documentation of crew, equipment, and job details.
• Manage costs and material flow to minimize demurrage and waste.
