Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field crew activities and ensure customer requirements are met to job specifications.

You will coordinate site locations, mark work areas, and verify room for equipment while guiding scheduling and procedures to meet deadlines. The role requires strong English communication, leadership, and planning skills, with travel to various sites and possible extended stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years in electronic/mechanical field or similar.
• 5+ years stimulation experience as a supervisor.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and eligibility to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day field service crew activities per job specs.
• Coordinate site location, equipment room, and work tanks.
• Schedule crew/equipment and adjust procedures to meet timelines.
• Maintain equipment/inventory and liaise with vendors.
• Ensure safety requirements align with company policies.
• Develop procedures to improve performance, quality and efficiency.
• Resolve customer concerns and support satisfaction targets.
• Uphold company values and ethical standards in interactions.
• Promote diversity and handle conflicts to build a cohesive team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
