Job summary

Dominion Energy Virginia is seeking a highly motivated Power Station Intern to support operations and maintenance activities at Warren County Power Station located in Front Royal, VA. This internship provides hands‑on experience in a power generation environment while working with teams across multiple functional areas.

The intern will assist with equipment inspections, data collection, project research, and process improvement initiatives to contribute to station reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an ABET‑accredited engineering program with expected graduation in 2028 or 2029.
• GPA of 2.5 or above.
• Discipline preferences: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and maintenance activities at the Warren County Power Station.
• Assist with equipment inspections and data collection.
• Contribute to project research and process-improvement initiatives.
• Aid station reliability and performance efforts under supervision.
