Job summary

Dominion Energy Virginia is seeking a highly motivated Power Station Intern to support operations and maintenance activities at Warren County Power Station in Front Royal, VA. You will gain hands-on experience alongside experienced professionals across multiple functions, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Environmental, Safety, Electrical and Mechanical.

The role involves equipment inspections, data collection and analysis, project research, and contributing to safety, reliability

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution with expected graduation in 2028 or 2029.
• GPA 2.5 or above.
• Preferences in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support equipment inspections and collect operational data.
• Assist with project research and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to station reliability and performance efforts.
• Learn and apply engineering concepts in a power generation environment.
• Observe and participate in day-to-day plant activities and team meetings.
