Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a dual-role Site Compliance Leader & Business Operations Leader to strengthen compliance culture and manage risk across Vandalia and EPISCenter, while driving operational excellence for the Power Generation business. The role partners with site leadership, Site HR, and the Compliance Leader to promote integrity and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain/manufacturing/program leadership in complex, regulated industries (aerospace/defense or electrical systems preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive issues and conflicts effectively and professionally.

• Strong ethical principles and be well respected among peers.
• Respect and maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.
• Demonstrated results improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost across multiple sites or value streams.
• Strong ERP/MRP proficiency and experience with demand/capacity planning, SIOP, and data governance.
• Proven lean problem-solving (RCCA), facilitation of cross-functional forums, and standard work deployment.
• Experience leading or supporting MES/industrial digitization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site compliance expert, advising management and employees on compliance policies and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare for leader site visits and round tables.
• Maintain visual compliance across the site and monitor training programs.
• Maintain metrics on compliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with risk owners and serve as intake point for Open Reporting concerns.
• Standardize operating cadences and escalation forums across sites.
• Lead daily/weekly operating rhythm, KPI reviews, and standardized escalation paths.
• Accelerate lean practices and coach teams in daily management and kaizen.
• Develop and maintain cross-site standard work for planning, materials, production control, and change management.
• Lead cross-site projects to reduce variation and improve processes.
• Aggregate cross-site KPIs and dashboards; enable proactive decision-making.
• Provide cross-site MES deployment leadership: define requirements, standardize processes, coordinate pilots, and ensure integration with ERP/MRP and quality systems.
