Job summary

Qualifications

• Power Generation equipment maintenance experience.
• BS/BA preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams across Power Generation and Frac move operations, field service, and electrical support tied to assets on site.
• Ensure training and progression plans for growth and movement.
• Enforce safety processes, SOPs, and site policies.
• Build networks tied to critical assets and coordinate proactive maintenance planning.
• Develop internal work processes and operating procedures; manage projects on new innovations.
