Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in power generation, industrial operations, plant engineering, or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for plant operations and equipment.
• Monitor plant performance and respond to interruptions and abnormalities.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate corrective actions to restore service safely and efficiently.
• Conduct root cause analysis for power disruptions and incidents.
• Develop corrective action plans and reliability improvement recommendations.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across the facility.
• Oversee maintenance activities, inspections, and lifecycle management.
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
