Job summary

Revolution Power Solutions, a division of INNIO Waukesha Engines, seeks a Field Service Technician based in Midland, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and service hydraulic fracturing and power generation equipment on customer sites, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer relations.

The role requires hands-on experience with natural gas engines, rotating machinery, and electrical/mechanical systems, plus a strong commitment to on-site safety and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred
• Minimum five (5) years in field service with gas engines, power generation, or rotating equipment
• Customer-focused mindset with strong safety and quality adherence

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain hydraulic fracturing and power generation equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and install/replace repair parts
• Calibrate tools and test equipment and document service reports
• Ensure safety compliance with EHS standards and communicate technical updates to customers
