Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a seasoned Civil & Structural Engineer to lead civil, structural, and geotechnical activities for complex power generation projects (gas turbine, solar PV, BESS). The role spans development to commissioning, coordinating with EPCs, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure sound, constructible designs aligned with cost and schedule targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle (development, engineering, construction, commissioning).
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, equipment vendors, and internal project teams to ensure sound, constructible, code-compliant designs.
• Review foundations, structural steel, and equipment supports for gas turbines, solar, and BESS facilities.
• Ensure designs meet codes (ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360) and site conditions; contribute to design reviews and risk assessments.
• Support regulatory communications, responses to inquiries, and project documentation and reporting.
