Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is offering a Co-op/Internship in Procurement focusing on supplier interfacing, policy application, and project work. You will place POs, generate RFQs, and manage supplier relationships, updating POs in ERP.

This role requires an engineering or supply chain student with project experience and strong communication skills. The program emphasizes innovation, real-world impact, and exposure to cross-team collaboration across a large, multi-site organization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft 365 Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Effective oral and writing communication skills.
• Ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Place and follow-up on Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
• Generate RFQs (Request For Quotation).
• Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
• Manage problems and schedule changes.
• Update Purchase Orders in ERP.
