This internship is designed for college Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors exploring supply chain, operations, or related fields in the energy sector. The role provides exposure to real‑world sourcing processes, cross‑functional collaboration, and tools used to support supplier performance, cost productivity, delivery, quality, and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college as a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior.
• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated academic achievement and interest in building business, sourcing, or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing projects related to supplier management, data analysis, process improvement, sustainability, and operational execution.
• Assist with supplier research, spend analysis, purchase order review, savings tracking, and sourcing performance reporting.
• Learn and apply sourcing tools, dashboards, and standard work to help teams make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Legal, and other business partners as needed.
• Help prepare presentations, trackers, summaries, and project updates for team meetings and leadership reviews.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve data quality, and strengthen process discipline.
• Participate in team meetings, intern learning experiences, development activities, and networking opportunities.
