Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I (PFC) for 1st shift. The role involves assembling, wiring, and testing sub-assemblies and control panels in motor control centers.

You will read wiring diagrams, prepare test setups, and stage parts for customer orders. Typical duties include routing electrical components, ensuring proper alignment, and performing final inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT etc. offered.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard assemblies in motor control centers and related units.
• Assemble and wire control devices and panels; perform test preparation and final inspection.
• Read shop orders and drawings to determine assembly procedures and configurations.
• Install and align parts, adjust clearances, and mount bus work and cable harnesses.
• Stage parts for customer orders and verify electrical/mechanical integrity with power checking procedures.
