Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I (MCC Final) for 2nd shift in Fayetteville, NC. The position offers an hourly rate of $18.40 with a $1.50 shift differential. Typical shift hours are Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

Responsibilities include assembling, wiring, testing, and staging components for motor control centers and related assemblies, with opportunities for career progression and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sponsorship for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa not offered by Eaton.
• Must reside within 50 miles radius of Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit and mount sub-assemblies, components and standard/near-standard fixed assemblies in MCCs, enclosed control and related units.
• Assemble and wire control devices, panels and space heaters; perform wiring to length.
• Read shop orders and wiring diagrams to determine procedures and mounting locations.
