Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to manage the inflow and outflow of customer and Fabick assets across multiple divisions at our Wisconsin campus. You will ensure accurate receiving, barcoding, and timely movement of equipment.

The role requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment, strong organization, and reliable teamwork to maintain a tidy yard and support sales and service operations. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years shipping, receiving, and yard duties.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude to move equipment.
• Ability to manage time with minimal supervision.
• Must have heavy equipment experience.
• Shows urgency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping of new, used, rental, demo, and serviced equipment.
• Initiate INSPCT templates for loss mitigation.
• Receive equipment and attach barcodes.
• Generate and send receivers to Sales.
• Assist in preparing equipment for customer presentations.
• Investigate and resolve shipping/receiving errors.
• Follow policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Verify contents against records (manifests, invoices).
• Photograph equipment, verify serials, hours, attachments, damage.
• Photograph damage and inform department heads with documentation.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory audits and ensure barcoding.
• Reconcile inventory reports and report disparities.
• Maintain an organized yard, free of debris.
• Other duties as assigned.
