Rural King is seeking a Power Equipment Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales across power equipment lines, including tractors and accessories. You will act as the main contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of their equipment, from selection to delivery and after-sales service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find power equipment products that meet their needs.
• Ensure displays and signage are updated to optimize sales.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to keep products set and maintained.
• Conduct power equipment demonstrations when needed.
• Assist customers with the retail financing process and tractor approvals.
• Manage ordering of Power Equipment for store stock and special orders.
• Coordinate delivery and setup of equipment for customers as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce with current customer information throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate service and repair with RK mechanics and parts department.
• Document repair work and warranty in Salesforce; create cases and parts requests.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and shop area.
