Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Mid Level Scheduler to work across multiple project sites in the U.S., including Louisiana or Mississippi. You will develop and update schedules from concept through construction, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and procurement staff to ensure on-time delivery of milestones.

The role requires 2+ years in project controls or scheduling, proficiency with MS Office, and knowledge of scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or inEight Suite.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction management (or similar).
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering and construction schedules from conceptual planning through engineering and construction.
• Create resource-loaded schedules with milestones, procurement items and deliverables.
• Define schedule logic, durations and resource requirements.
• Assess design changes and schedule slippages and report updates to management and clients.
• Develop and maintain critical path networks and track forecasted progress.
• Provide schedule health reports and guidance for problem resolution.
