Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary power generation projects, including traditional and renewable energy programs. This role supports a global team with remote work options and multiple Energy offices across the United States.

The successful candidate will manage project lifecycles, coordinate stakeholders, and drive designs to on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• 6 years of relevant project management experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Project management experience directly related to power generation projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects and/or programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from basis of design through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and matrixed delivery teams across locations.
• Facilitate planning, kickoff meetings, and risk management to align objectives.
• Ensure deliverables meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Support business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Occasional travel to client or project sites as needed.
