Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join the Project Controls team supporting Power & Energy programs, including transmission and substation capital projects. Location options include Dallas, TX; Tulsa, OK; Corpus Christi, TX.

You will oversee finance, schedule, and document controls across multiple programs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Essential duties include developing schedules, implementing PMIS processes, and delivering advanced Power BI insights for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
10+ years of project controls or related experience on capital projects.
Experience coordinating across disciplines and guiding teams.
Familiarity with PMIS/scheduling platforms such as Primavera P6, Procore, Oracle EBS, or similar.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee finance, scheduling, and document controls for power delivery programs.
Develop and maintain program schedules, monitor contractor schedules, and propose resolutions.
Create and implement project controls processes including change management.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and EVM practices.
Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics for leadership and clients.
Administer a PMIS and oversee invoicing and vendor management.
Produce progress reports for PMO and interact with executives.
Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, and Internal Audit; support regulatory filings.
Supervise and develop staff across cost, schedule, risk, and document controls.
