WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to join the Project Controls team supporting Power & Energy programs, including transmission and substations.

The role sits in Dallas, TX, with potential locations in Tulsa, OK or Corpus Christi, TX. You will develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams, and deliver clear status updates and risk mitigations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent scheduling experience considered.
• 7+ years of experience developing and analyzing schedules for capital projects.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience including schedule development and progress updates.
• Working knowledge of baseline management, change impact analysis, milestones, and schedule risk.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Procore, or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and status integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Collect updates from PMs, engineering, construction, contractors and align with execution plans.
• Monitor critical path, milestones, progress trends, and schedule variances with mitigations.
• Review contractor/consultant schedules for logic, resource loading, and alignment with requirements.
• Prepare schedule reports, look-aheads, and executive updates.
