Job summary
Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking a Power Electronics Test & Reliability Engineer in Wisconsin to join our long-term client engagement with unico. You will lead verification and validation across the full development lifecycle, focusing on high-voltage converter testing, reliability engineering, and design verification of SiC/GaN power electronics.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in power electronics testing, and hands-on experience with HV test
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 2+ years of experience in power electronics testing, validation, reliability, or design.
- Experience with HV test equipment, data analysis, and regulatory testing.
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute verification and validation plans for high-power DC-DC converters, AC-DC inverters, and energy conversion systems.
- Perform electrical, thermal, environmental, and reliability testing across development stages.
- Analyze test data and generate reports with design improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams.
