Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience testing power electronics and related systems.
• Strong data analysis and ability to interpret large datasets.
• Experience documenting test results and engineering reports.
• Hands-on validation testing from established test plans and procedures.
• Experience using Python for scripting or test automation.
• Understanding of electrical fault testing and short-circuit evaluation.
• Strong troubleshooting and meticulous documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance and validation testing for power electronics and inverter-based products.
• Verify product compliance with safety, industry, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct hands-on testing in an ISO/IEC 17025 lab environment.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret test data; document results precisely.
• Produce detailed test reports and validation records for certification.
• Troubleshoot hardware and test failures using root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate tests and data collection.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and systems teams to resolve issues.
