Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (EET).
• 5+ years in product validation, test engineering, power electronics, or related roles.
• Experience with high-power electrical systems (up to 690 VAC, 2000 V DC).
• Strong understanding of power electronics and measurements.
• Ability to plan, execute, analyze, and document complex tests.
• Technical writing for procedures, reports, and compliance docs.

Aufgaben

• Develop verification and validation plans, test procedures, and reports.
• Design and analyze electrical, thermal, environmental, reliability, and compliance tests.
• Collaborate with Product Development to define validation criteria.
• Support regulatory, certification, and standards compliance activities.
• Mentor Validation Lab Technicians and guide test method execution.
• Spend ~25% of time hands-on in the lab performing tests and ensuring safety.
